Pastry Chef and Chocolatier, Philip Khoury created a mechanical magnolia flower chocolate centerpiece with the new Mayku Multiplier to celebrate the launch of Mayku’s new pressure forming machine.

  • The magnolia flower is 100% made of chocolate, including the mechanism

  • The mechanism was tested virtually before manufacturing any prototype

  • Several post-processing techniques were tested during the development process in order to get a smooth surface finish.

  • The project’s design process was featured in the Construct3D magazine showcasing a new Autodesk Fusion 360 application and workflow

  • Each petal is filled with caramel
